On August 19, Apple Savior is traditionally celebrated - the time of the new apple harvest. At Gorynych, this tradition was translated into its own way and a special menu was put together, where the apple appears in various dishes and drinks - from smoked beef ribs and pizza to desserts and cocktails.

On the menu:
- smoked beef ribs with apple 1250 ₽;
- “Dolce” pizza with honey apples 890 ₽;
- dumplings with baked apple 550 ₽;
- charlotte with ice cream 590 ₽;
- cocktail “Plumed Apple”: apple, lime, osmanthus, vodka 700 ₽;

Mid-June is the best time for chanterelles. Post-thunderstorm mushrooms become the main forest delicacy in Gorynych. 

The first chanterelles are the most delicious, small, the size of a marigold. Concept chef Vladimir Baranov revealed the taste of seasonal mushrooms in the new menu, emphasizing their natural sweetness, delicate texture and subtle forest aroma.
